ST. PETERSBURG – The Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) elected Bruce H. Denson as the new President for 2014 – 2015.
Since 1994, Mr. Denson has been involved in criminal justice in Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay region. He was a former State Prosecutor in Pinellas County and has been a criminal defense attorney since 1998, providing passionate and aggressive legal representation and personal counsel in DUI and criminal defense cases. Mr. Denson is a sole practitioner, who strives to give his clients personal service to achieve the best possible results.
Bruce Denson is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is an executive committee member for the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Mr. Denson also founded a not for profit corporation, Paddle Addict, Inc., whose goal is to provide drug and alcohol-free outdoor recreational opportunities to people in recovery, students and the community.

About the Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
The PACDL is a not for profit corporation and is the Pinellas County Florida affiliate of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a statewide organization dedicated to serving and promoting the interests and ideals of criminal defense lawyers. The PACDL promotes those ideals and strives to help ensure that individuals who find themselves accused of criminal conduct are provided with due process and all the protections guaranteed by the United States and Florida Constitutions.
The PACDL is composed of both private defense counsel and public defenders that practice criminal law in Pinellas, serving its members by providing them with informative seminars, opportunities to earn Continuing Legal Education credits, and opportunities to network with other criminal defense lawyers and members of the local judiciary at the various events hosted by the organization.
